Supporting Indigenous Employment Through Design
Client Overview
QPWS&P works across Queensland to manage parks, conservation, and partnerships with communities.
-
The strategy needed to communicate commitment to Indigenous employment and retention in a way that felt genuine, respectful, and accessible.
-
We developed branding and First Nations art elements in collaboration with Uncle Boyd Blackman, integrating these across the prospectus and supporting posters. The design supports messaging around belonging, opportunity, and long-term retention.
-
The final materials provide QPWS&P with a clear, culturally grounded resource to support Indigenous employment initiatives across the organisation.
